A discovery-and-enrollment marketplace for preschools and activity schools across Torrance and the South Bay — families find and enroll, while providers manage seats, waitlists, and payments. Paired with it is a public childcare-desert map that turns U.S. Census and California licensing data into an access-equity score for every census tract in the region.

Search any US employer's full OSHA inspection history — violations, penalties, and a 0–100 risk score benchmarked against their industry. Built on a weekly sync of U.S. Department of Labor records, and used by safety consultants, insurance underwriters, and general contractors.

We build the data layer first.

Every Bradova product starts the same way — by taking a large, messy, public dataset and making it clean, searchable, and scored.

PreK Enroll runs an ETL pipeline over U.S. Census and California child-care licensing data to compute a childcare-desert severity score for 2,498 census tracts, rendered as a live access-equity map. OSHA IQ turns four decades of Department of Labor inspection records into a composite employer risk score.

That same pipeline — ingestion, normalization, geospatial scoring, and analysis — is the applied-research capability we bring to data-analytics work, with a current focus on access and equity in early-childhood education.
